Mythvideo always says "loading..."

Description

For some reason Mythvideo always says "loading" And a bunch of buttons are not accessible like manual input of IMDB number and editing the profile info for movies manually in the video manager.

Not sure if this is related but Using the mythweb interface it will not accept dvd artwork that is manually input from the web interface.

This is a theme issue, it's not been updated for changes made in 0.21, you don't say which theme?
