Watch Recording Filter shows Recording Groups under Categories section

Description

As the description says, dialog box to choose a Watch Recording Group Filter does show Recording groups separate from Categories but also lists them again under Categories. I will try to look at this shortly with a patch. Documenting here so I don't forget.
