Channel scanning on Norwegian DVB-T doesn't work

Description
The channel scanner in mythtv-setup is not working properly. When trying to do a full scan or scan with a channels.conf, all channels a skipped with the message "off-air?". The channels are not off-air, as I am able to watch them with VLC.
The Norwegian DVB-T has the following specs;
Transmission Encoding DVB-T Transmission Stream MPEG-2 TS Video Encoding H.264 Audio Encoding HE-AAC,AC3
According to stuarta on #mythtv-users this problem is related to the scanner failing on the following code "!desc->IsDTV() && !desc->IsDigitalAudio?()".
Verbose logs of using mythtv-setup with scanning are attached. Attachment contains 3 files, first for scan with TechniSat? AirStar2, second using the same card and a channels.conf file. Third with my second DVB-T card, a Digital Anyware FloppyDTV DVB-T.
