Description

Mythtv provide a set of default devices for the audio device: ALSA:default ALSA:spdif ALSA:surround51 ALSA:analog ALSA:digital ALSA:mixed-analog ALSA:mixed-digital

With hdmi more and more common, having default devices for hdmi output makes configuration much easier.

This patch adds ALSA:hdmi and ALSA:plughw:0,3 to the list of default device.
