Description
The fix in 20332 is for nuvexport and not also mythvideo,
the problem still remain when importing DVD with mythvideo with quality "Good" or less,
the DVD is imported, and then deleted

(In [21222]) Fixes #6807. Fix mtd to spawn transcode with up-to-date arguments. Tested with a 'Good' profile transcode.
