Mythfrontend might crash when trying to playback some mpeg2 files

Description

mythfrontend will crash with this message:

mythfrontend[9793] general protection ip:7f8be6caba63 sp:7f8bcfcb1250 error:0 in libasound.so.2.0.0[7f8be6c60000+c0000]

When trying to playback some mpeg2 files.
This is tested with the lastest 0.21-fixes.
Sample file that will crash mythfrontend: ​http://uberatomic.com/glemsom/test.mpeg
The test mpeg file is captured over DVB-C, on the Discovery Science channel. The sample file plays fine in mplayer and vlc.

Very old version with no backtrace. If this still occurs with .23-fixes, you can re-open with a backtrace per the manual.
