I am on the v0.23 - trunk @ svn22974 (the uk server) running 64bit-karmic ... and... when trying to invoke mythrename.pl I get:
Can't locate MythTV.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.10.0 /usr/local/share/perl/5.10.0 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.10 /usr/share/perl/5.10 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at /opt/cut/scripts/mythrename.pl line 22. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /opt/cut/scripts/mythrename.pl line 22.
I cant find where the bindings are located - there was an old bug in 2007 saying one should look in /usr/lib/mythtv/bindings or somewhere. When I try to install the old libmyth-perl package, apt tells me it wants to remove "libmythtv-perl" "mythtv-backend" "mythtv-backen-master"
... so somehow mythrename.pl does not recognise the new bindings...
Your MythTV Perl bindings are not installed or not properly installed. Please ask for additional help on the mythtv-users mailing list (or your distro's forum).
