Mythvideo: some widgets invisible

Trying to use the mythvideo DVD ripper i. e., Optical Disks | Import DVD, there is a screen to setup ripping parameters. In this, two widgets are just white, although they select various things when I click in different parts of the widgets.

This makes ripper very hard to use.

Obviously, the component is wrong, something happened while submitting. Can someone fix?

(In [23629]) Fix #8046. Add text labels to buttons in the default DVD rip screens. Adjust some placement in the -wide theme to fit everything onscreen.
