Description
Only NRK channels handled. Channels are picked specifically, so as to avoid stomping on anything unknowingly. For other info, see patch.

Fresh start with eit-fixup for NRK on DVB-T

Just added a new patch against trunk to superseed all the previous false starts. Since LATM is currently "out of order" I have not tested this in trunk, but the code and logic is based upon what I have been running in 0.23 for quite a while. Some frills have been removed and the code is entirely separate from the fixup for norwegian DVB-S.
I hope this can be included in trunk before 0.24 is released.

(In [26355]) Add EIT Fixups for Norwegian NRK DVB-T transmissions. I was unable to verify the service, transport, and networkids, but since the fixup is so specific, it's extremely unlikely to affect anyone else and figure we would have heard of it by now given the age of the ticket. Only changes made were some reformatting and renaming of variables for consistency/code formatting. Patch from Håkon Alstadheim. Fixes #8483.
