inputgroup entries not removed when reducing/disabling multirec

Description

Entries in the inputgroup table are not removed when the number of virtual tuners is reduced to a value >1, or when set to 1 to disable multirec on a particular capture card.

The corresponding entries from the capturecard/cardinput tables are removed in this procedure, which leaves invalid orphan entries in the inputgroup table.
