Description
My Samsung TV can see my 0.24 system just fine via DLNA. When browsing videos though, the DLNA server is not including any episode numbers in the title. This results in pages full of identically named icons and no way to identify which episode is which.

Metadata access isn't needed to fix this problem. All that is needed is for the upnp server to send the actual filename rather than some filtered version of it, since each item is obviously already named uniquely (Series.Sxx.Exx). This would at least allow for sorting by filename on the DLNA client.
Note: See
TracTickets for help on using
tickets.
Feature request without patch, the upnp server is not aware of video metadata.
