Make descriptions in OSD scrollable

I think it would be nice if the description text in the OSD was scrollable. Some osd themes with the description at the bottom show 2 lines of text, others show 3. But regardless, longer descriptions are always cut off. It would be nice if you could scroll the text to see the entire description, perhaps with page up/page down.
