HLS transcode broken for sources with DTS audio

Description

7fa50231618ecc8e45f75d424275f3d389c9c1b6 repaired HLS for sources with AC3 audio, but the problem persists for source material with DTS audio. This content worked properly before the audio buffer rework. The symptom is badly static-garbled audio, with a faint hint of the underlying track.

In happy news, I have tested other audio codecs such as EAC3 and MP2 and it appears transcoding of that audio is intact.

Please provide a sample recording to test with as I have no DTS recordings to my knowledge. I will try to get this fixed ASAP, but without a test recording, there's nothing I can do.
