mythweb: upcoming recordings shows recordings that have previously completed

in MythWeb's Upcoming Recordings screen, sometimes a recording that has finished will continue to show up as being recorded. This can even occur multiple times such that multiple recordings, even on the same tuner, all show as still recording, even if days old.

they are in fact not recording any more though, and while it does not seem to affect the scheduler or future recordings, it is annoying and potentially confusing to the user.

a backend restart is required to clear this.

This data comes directly from the backend, so it's an backend issue. Next time this happens, please open a ticket against the backend with logs related to the specific stuck recording.
