video stutters playing files from Canon camera

Description

Playback of video created with camera stutters. The file plays fine on the same system with mplayer.

looks like the same issue as in #10706 and it is also using FF_BUFFER_TYPE_INTERNAL buffers

I can confirm the issue in the Video - Plugin of mythtv.
