Description
Prior to v0.26, the method documented below worked for setting font size for Closed Captions, but no longer works in 0.26. These options are no longer shown on setup screens that I can find anywhere.

This can be controlled by the theme (http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Osd_subtitle.xml), and in addition the user can dynamically resize captions during playback (http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Release_Notes_-_0.26#OSD.2C_EPG.2C_MHEG.2C_CC.2C_and_Subtitles).
