HLS streams fail to stop recording

Description

A scheduled HLS recording fails stop stop at the specified end time. 

Encoder 1 [ FREEBOX : file:///var/mythtv/playlists/16.m3u ] is local on mythtv and is recording 'KTVU 6 O'Clock News' on KTVUDT. This recording was scheduled to end at 6:30 PM.

It's now 6:37 and the recorder is still going.

playback always stop here, maybe not right away, but it never goes for more than a few minute over the stop time
