320k AAC HLS audio stream via 'livetv'

Description

I've configured an IPTV tuner to receive the BBC Radio AAC feeds (such as ​http://a.files.bbci.co.uk/media/live/manifesto/audio/simulcast/hls/uk/sbr_high/ak/bbc_radio_fourfm.m3u8) This works fine for recording but when listening live the stream it will stop after a short time. Recordings play back OK, and the live stream will work if a delay of around 3 and a quarter minutes is introduced, enough to fill the buffer. I'll attach a log file from mythfrontend
