No frequency table entries for Hong Kong

Description

Please add extra entries for Hong Kong for "channel frequency table" and for "Country" under "Scan configuration". Just duplating "europe-west" and "United Kingdom" will be fine. As some users may have to change these entries from time to time, the current names are not intuitive for average users.

This is a follow-up to bug #12508
