LiveTV long pause when all tuners are busy

When all tuners are busy recording and Live_TV is selected from the menu there is a pause where the frontend completely locks up. After about 30 secs a dialog pops up stating that all tuners are busy and a 2nd dialog stating that the backend is online. Previous versions of mythtv do not have the pause and would display the all tuners busy dialog right away.

For this test the tuner cards in use is a pvr-500. Included are both the FE and BE logs from the time live-tv is selected to recovery.
