Support proxied connections to web frontend

We should support putting a webserver (such as nginx / apache) in front of the web frontend and handle the common scenario where the url is shifted when being proxied.

ie. ​http://host/webfrontend/ goes to ​http://host:6544/

This would be done via apache's mod_proxy or nginx's http_proxy

Optional: Allow the webserver to handle the authentication.
