AutoCommercialSkip setting is not working

Description

Current master seems to not honour AutoCommercialSkip? setting. FE always skips commercials (AutoCommercialSkip?=1). FE settings screens seems to correctly setting AutoCommercialSkip? variable in DB but FE player seems to always behaving like AutoCommercialSkip?=1. Tested on current master.
