In 3713a1e31/mythtv:

macos High DPI: Fix scaling of embedded video

  • when high DPI is in use, we need to apply the correct scaling to both the embedding rect and ITV resize rect
  • as for the window rect, store the 'raw' values and use these as comparators for detecting change
