Vague responses on new End of Recording dialog box

Description
The new method of displaying options as the end of the recording is nice, however, all I see is a black box, with no question and 3 answers. Although I'm not in front of my mythbox now, the answers are something like:
"Yes, and allow re-record" "Yes, delete the recording" "No, I've decided to keep the recording"
The first options is kind of vauge as there isn't a question posted and "Yes" doesn't implicitly imply that you are deleting. While the average user can probably guess what it means, the wording should be explicilty listed or a question posted to the user in the box that clarifies the answer a little bit more.
