Mythweb Apache configuration example needs streaming URL update

Description
Streaming URLs in mythweb.conf.apache should be updated now that the streaming URL has changed.
In Apache configuration I could not get the "do-not-authenticate" stream LocationMatch? -settings to work (FC5, Apache 2.2.2) in the current place. Moved those settings before the first Directory tag and that worked. Not sure if this is just a local mix up or something.
