Third party themes have incorrect font definitions in base.xml

Description

All the fonts inherit from medium, including medium. There is also no face defined for medium, as the base font. I attach a patch to fix this issue. Affects both -fixes and trunk.

(In [16759]) Closes #5023 Corrected cyclic font inheritance problem with the *correct* font, Bitstream Vera Sans. Thanks to Rob for pointing out the problem
