LiveTV Pauses when entering EPG

Description

When switching to the EPG from LiveTV, no video thumbnail is shown and live TV always pauses. TV resumes upon leaving the guide. This behavior just started about a week ago and manifests on two systems. On a third system, live TV pauses sometimes and sometimes doesn't when entering the EPG. On this third system, the video thumbnail for live TV is always shown even when it has been paused.

It appears when I switch to a playback profile that doesn't use VDPAU, the problem goes away (although the system is unusable without vdpau).

This occurs for me too (using XVideo) - I'll grab a log when I get home

The attached patch should fix the problem. It doesn't check if playback is near the end of the file if in livetv.
