If there is only one soundtrack, no option to change it in OSDTreeMenu

Description

If there is only one soundtrack in an MPEG, little reason to offer the ability to change soundtracks. This patch checks if there are multiple sound tracks and only displays the option if there are.

NOTE: Should be checked on something with multiple soundtracks. :) I don't have anything, which is why I'm interested in pruning this when it is not necessary.
