Description

In order to make distro's like Mythbuntu and LinuxMCE more turnkey we need to be able to restart backends for mythtv-setup, most importantly any backends using an edited channel lineup and edited card and of course the master backend if a card has been added or removed.

This will not be required once the mythbackend http setup is complete so I'm marking this as a wontfix.
