no onscreen keyboard in mythmusic playlist editor

Try and create a new playlist in mythmusic and try to enter a title. Pressing enter on remote creates a space in the dialog without the popup keyboard appearing.

Log just complains about no categories.

Space is excluded from the keys which will open the keyboard because it conflicts with normal typing. The only accepted SELECT key is Enter/Return?.

This is different from the current MythUI behaviour but only due to an oversight.
