#6692 closed defect (fixed)

20806 flowplayer seems to be hardcoded to port 80

Reported by: anonymous Owned by: xris
Priority: minor Milestone: 0.22
Component: Plugin - MythWeb Version: unknown
Severity: medium Keywords: flowplayer
Cc: Ticket locked: no

Description

flowplayer will not work with remote access to mythweb through an alternate port on the router.

The streaming file cannot be found because the address xx.xx.xx.xx:XXXX:80 does not exist on the net.

It works fine from the local network but not through the alternate port which is open to the net.

The rest of mythweb seems to work fine over the net.

flowplayer seems to work very well locally.

Replying to sphery <mtdean@thirdcontact.com>:

Same basic problem, different fix needed for trunk utils.php

I use the Safari browser. Firefox does seem to work OK with this current code. I didn't check before

Still should be fixed for Safari or added to the httpd.conf setup docs to make this redirect work properly

No info provided, and I am able to make it work with other ports here.
