Frontend video locks up playing back content

This may be related to #6817. I have an HDPVR and I upgraded my trunk to 22413 for the fix in 6817 but now my frontend boxes get messed up when I manipulate the location of a recording or live tv. Repeatedly attempting to fast forwarding past the end of a recording seems to be pretty reliable in recreating it. What happens is that the audio continues fine, but the video locks up and the frontend stops responding to any key presses, forcing me to kill the process and restart it. I've attached a log taken with '-v playback,channel,extra' (it gets cut off at the end as I killed the process after the frontend locked up).

There are numerous H.264 related fixed since r22413, please try with current trunk. HD-PVR working properly here.
