Unable to save new criteria to a playback profile

I tried creating a new playback profile, "Custom VDPAU Playback", which was successfully created in stored in the diplayproflegroups table. However, when I went through the screens to add a new criteria entry to the profile, after clicking finish it did not save anything I entered. Checking the database, no additional rows were added to the displayprofiles table. After brief testing, it appears I can edit existing criteria entries, just not add new ones.

I'm running .23-fixes, r25137 (current as of today).
