Dissapearing DVD subtitles

Description

When watching "24" DVD, subtitles disappear from time to time. Attached log shows first subtitle timing information but then happens DVDNAV_CELL_CHANGE in the middle of the playback and after that there are no subtitles.

Going to OSD menu -> subtitles shows that subtitles are still selected. Re-selecting them makes subtitles visible again.

Otto - I'm pretty confident that this is now fixed in trunk and release-0-24-fixes.

Please open a new ticket with new logs (mythfrontend -v playback,extra) if it is still present.
