"apple:" audio not provided as option in mythfrontend audio setup on OSX

Description

It's not in the combobox, instead "NULL" is selected meaning you don't get audio on a fresh system unless you know to go into that configuration page and type in "apple:". "apple:" should be in the combobox and should be selected by default.

(In [26252]) Was using USING_COREAUDIO instead of CONFIG_DARWIN. Should fix #8815. Note that the ticket referred to apple: , when Myth uses CoreAudio?: (unless I'm mistaken)
