Update metadata after video scan

Description
This function does not appear to be working in 0.24 r27009. When this is enabled, scanning for changes in the video database does not update any changed metadata.
In particular, I am cleaning up the filenames in my video database, and the movies appear under their old filename.
Correct me if I am wrong, but I would assume this function would run "DELETE FROM videometadata;" (or similar) on the database prior to performing a scan. I currently have to do this manually.

Metadata updates aren't run on existing items after a scan. The metadata scan is behaving as expected. If you have further confusion, please start on the mailing lists.
