This works fine with a properly configured MythTV, tested to work here. It appears you do not have any channels. Please get help on the users list. Please also read the ticket howto, priority and severity are not for your use.

I have the channels. mythfrontend has no problem finding it. But mythweb does not.

I noticed that in the [backend] value it has [192.168.0.3] and [192.168.0.4]. the [192.168.0.3] is invalid I do not know where does mythweb get it. it is an ip of an old backend.

This is still a misconfiguration with your system-- namely, that you have two masterserverip values in the settings table. Please seek help where you were asked to.
