Description

Hi,

Intermittently when opening recordings, I will lose sound, and mythtv's ability to control the sound level (Volume stuck at 0%). It only happens when opening a recording, never mid-stream.

To fix, a restart is required.

It is always associated with the following log entry:

AudioOutput? Error: AudioOutputALSA::SetIECStatus: snd_ctl_open(default): Input/output error

SetIECStatus was removed in 0.23.. there's no such functions in 0.24 and newer. How the digital mode is set/unset is completely different
