the rectangle around "Please wait" for playback doesn't always appear.

Description

In both Live TV and when watching Videos the box around the "Please Wait" message while waiting for playback to start will appear only the 1st time. Starting to play a film for the first time will show the rectangle. Stopping and starting the same film will only show the letters, not the rectangle. Starting a different film may show it.

It happens with current head, Arclight theme, on both Intel i915 and nVidia (260 and 270) drivers, openSuSE systems.
