Description
I am running Mythtv 0.26 fixes. I have been experiencing playback pauses about every 10 minutes during playback. This issue has been evident since .26 was in pre-beta.
I get the expected pause/hangs at the top of the hour :00 and bottom of the hour :30. I assume this is due to the start/stop of recordings and the MySQL tables being updated. However, I am also seeing brief pauses/playback freezes at :12, :22, :42, 52 past the hour. The hits at these time seem to be consistent, but I have also seen playback glitches scattered at other times as well.
What logs do I need to provide to help troubleshoot? My basic hardware is Intel Quad Core processor, Nvidia GT 240, 2TB drive, 2GB memory and 2 HDHomeRun HDHR3 tuners. I have optimized my.cnf with suggested MySQL optimizations but the trouble persists.

update to 0.27.2
what you describe however is usually related to the backend being to busy/slow to serve content while it's doing cleanup/update tasks
