IPTV channel scan does not add channels

Description

Hallo, I have installed mythtv 0.27CR and would like use IPTV (Telekom Germany). The channels are scaned with my m3u file, but the channels a not added to the mythtv database.

Your play list appears to be in an unsupported format, see ​http://code.mythtv.org/doxygen/iptvchannelfetcher_8cpp_source.html#l00339 Please try with a channel number between duration and name, like "#EXTINF:0,1 - Das Erste HD" Does that work?
