Tuning fails after capture card changes until tuner channel changed

Description

I have found, on several instances, that if I make changes to my capture cards (in particular, if I add a new card) that tuning is erratic or completely non functional on new cards added and/or old cards until I manually change the last channel tuned in the back end configuration.

Log messages like this appear in very large numbers - though I also see a *few* of these even when things are working OK (but without the large number of repeats)

Card is an Hauppauge HVR-2250 . Environment is mythbuntu 12.04.3, upgraded to MythTV 0.27
