LCD-Server has a problem with German umlauts

Description

Hi everybody,

i have updated to the newest mythtv-0.23-fixes packages and have discovered a problem with the mythlcdserver.

Since the update to 0.23, the lcdserver does display the German umlauts like ä, ö and ü in a wrong way. They are just alphabet soup on my LCD-Display.

I think this problem is appeared with the integration of Ticket #5745, but i don't know. I just know that German umlauts are displayed in a correct way in 0.22.

Can someone fix that bug?

(In [23913]) Restore the latin1 text encoding on messages to LCDProc which was broken when mythlcdserver was ported to Qt4. Refs #8270.
